Pauline is associated with the Tara School of Hypnotherapy, and has been interested in complementary therapies for a number years having studied Yoga, Meditation, Hypnosis Reiki and Reflexology.

Reiki Training Courses

There are three stages of Reiki practise each one takes one day for up to three people or two days for four people or more.

First Degree Usui Reiki One Day £90

• The History of Reiki
• Meditation
• Receive 4 Attunements
• Hand Movements to attain self-healing
• Hand Movements to give healing to others
• Receive a Manual
• Certificate at the end of the Course

At the end of the first course you can give yourself self-healing and healing to friends and relations.
After three months of self-healing and practising you are now ready to progress to the second degree.

Second Degree Usui Reiki One Day £90

Learn deeper relaxation techniques

• Receive 2 Attunements
• Receive two symbols and their uses.
• How to send distant healing
• Receive a Manual and relaxation C D
• Certificate at the end of the Course

At the end of this course Reiki runs faster through the body you can set up in business to help clients and you can send distance healing to friends relations clients. After twelve months as a practising therapist you are now ready to become a master or master /teacher.

Master / Teacher Degree One Day £150

• Receive Master Attunement
• Teaching Mannual
• Master Symbols given

Reiki is not a religion it is a complimentary and holistic healing that can work in conjunction with orthodox medical treatment.

The Usui hand on healing helps to restores the natural balance in the body. It brings a sense of well-being and peace, it works on the mind and spirit, It gives a deep relaxation of the body and mind. It releases tension therefore giving the precipitant more energy. Your body determines how much Reiki it needs.
